a) The administrative, financial, and secretarial support of the Ephorate’s work.
b) The planning and supervision of the guarding, orderly functioning, and cleanliness of the Museums, storage facilities for antiquities, archaeological sites, and all archaeological installations of the Ephorate; the monitoring of security during holidays and exceptional days; and the preparation of the relevant documents for the compensation of services provided on those days.
c) The maintenance, safeguarding, and operation of state vehicles and all other equipment of the Ephorate.
d) The execution of all types of contracts and procurements of works, studies, goods, and services within the geographical area and the scope of the Ephorate’s responsibilities.
